A dwarf yarrow, growing up to only 15cm tall, with golden flowers held in flat umbels from June to July. The leaves are dark green with dense soft, silver hairs, making a dense mat on the ground. Its small size makes it a great rockery plant or a groundcover edging plant. The flowers are loved by butterfies and other pollinating insects.
Wooly yarrow tolerates a poor and well-drained soil and prefers to grow in full sun
