A clump-forming perennial with unusual coloured flowers. Its saucer-shaped white flowers contrast well with the blue anthers and they are backed by steely-blue petals. The flowers are held atop 50cm tall stems from May to June.
Riverside windflowers grow best in a moist, well-drained soil in sun or partial shade.
