Burnet-saxifrage is a native Irish perennial, also known as Ainís fhiáin. Growing up to 50cm, its umbel of white flowers sway gently in the wind above lovely divided leaves from July to August. As with most umbellifers, these plants are great for pollinators, especially hoverflies.

This plant likes a fertile, moist soil in sun or partial shade. It prefers a lime-rich soil.
